Recipe: Wash premium quality BASMATI rice and urad beans thoroughly. Heat well 2 Tbs. Shiba’s Ghee (clarified Butter) and brown Shiba’s Popping Seeds (supplied) in a shallow pot.  Add grated 1 Tbs. fresh ginger and golden brown it.  Add Shiba's Turmeric (supplied), rice, urad beans, salt and 7 cups water.  Bring in to a boil, turn to medium heat, cover and cook till all gets soft. Add 1 tbs. grated fresh ginger and 2 tbs. Shiba’s Ghee (clarified butter), serve hot. Serves 6.  Cooking time 40 minutes. Purchase List:  Fresh Ginger, Shiba’s Ghee (Clarified Butter)
