                                                                            Recipe: Heat ¼ cup Shiba’s Ghee (Clarified Butter) in a heavy bottom pan.  Brown ¼ cup Ginger (fine julienne cut) first. Toast nuts packet (supplied).   Add raisins, and supplied spice.  Mix well.  Add 1/3 tsp. salt and thoroughly washed and ½ hr. soaked premium quality BASMATI rice without water; cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently and make light brown.  Add 4 cups water, ¼ cup brown sugar and turn to high heat.  Stir time to time till water gets absorbed.  Turn down the heat to medium/low, cover and cook till rice get soft.  Serves 6 as a side dish. Cook Time 28 mins.
